Brief:
ELearning is the latest and probably the loudest buzzword in today’s
training circles. With the growing importance of the training function,
organizations have been looking at ways to accomplish the following
twin goals.
1. Training Effectiveness
2. Cost Effectiveness
As training managers of different organizations (most importantly
those of the BPOs) put their heads together to come up with a solution
that would improve training effectiveness; eLearning often presents
itself as an option.
Evaluating this option would mean, evaluating the why, how, and
what to arrive at a practical, useful, and of course, cost-effective
strategy for implementing eLearning. Organizations often find themselves
adopting eLearning in an incorrect manner; and then disowning it
with a hopeless shrug, “We should’ve known it wouldn’t
work!” The fact of the matter is – eLearning is a splendid
way to learn, provided you know the why, how, and what behind implementing
it in your organization.
This workshop is an attempt to unravel the magnificence that eLearning
can bring to your trainings. It is designed to help you determine
