Course Name:
Flex 3.0 and ActionScript 3.0 Application Developer Certificate
(FAADC) from Wavelength
Who Should Join this
Course?
This Flex and ActionScript 3.0 training program is
for programming professionals
who do not know ActionScript 3.0 and who wish to learn
FLEX. However, the course requires
that you have substantial experience of programming in any language
such as AS1, AS2, Java, JavaScript, C#/C++, VB, PHP, ASP etc.
Thus, the audience for this course comprises:
- Programmers/Developers
who would like to gain expertise in the exploding field of Rich
Internet Applications Development using the Flex Platform, and
who have been programming & developing applications using
any of the following languages.
- C Sharp (C#) / C++ / C
- Java
- JavaScript / VBScript / JSP / PHP
Important Note: Graphic
Designers & other professionals without substantial programming
experience, but who have knowledge of Flash and wish
to learn ActionScript - the programming language of Flash, should
consider the ActionScript
Developer Certificate (ASDC) Course.
What Wavelength's FLEX students have
to say:
"As an ActionScript
programmer, I was always keen on learning FLEX and wanted to
expand my skills in this technology. I am a regular reader of
Wavelength’s Newsletter and had already done two ActionScript
certifications (ASDC and AS2OOP) from there. While going through
the newsletter I read about the FADC (Flex 3.0 Application Developer
Certificate course) certification being introduced by WAVELENGTH
and got myself enrolled for the same without giving it a second
thought. I was already familiar with the methodology of Wavelength
which I always feel is the best learning experience I have ever
came across.
The FADC is conducted in such a manner
that gives a programmer the in-depth knowledge of FLEX as a
technology and the new classes introduced in AS 3.0. After the
course, I feel confident of developing FLEX Applications and
have clear understanding of what I write when I develop in FLEX.
The vast knowledge of Mr. Anand in
the field of e-learning and software development had always
encouraged me to attend and give 100% effort in my class. The
discussion forum, regular assignments and the project helped
me build my conceptual as well as practical knowledge in FLEX
and AS 3.0.
All my gratitude to WAVELENGTH!"
Nitish Lamba is

“I will definitely
miss Wavelength forever. It has been quite a remarkable experience
of learning here. I have already done two courses before doing
Wavelength’s FLEX course. I found this course is up to
the mark like other courses of Wavelength despite ours being
the first batch. Wavelength’s practical approach and down
to earth examples helped me to understand this course very clearly.
I feel very confident now with what learning this training program
has imparted to me.
Thank you for your unwavering
support."

as ActionScript / Flex Programmer with Magic
Software, Noida
“It’s a
place for professionals.”
" It was a very
good experience to be part of the Wavelength for the second
time with the FLEX 3.0 course, as earlier I did ASDC (ActionScript
Developer Certificate course). Wavelength’s training programs
are very well structured, and conducted in a very professional
manner. The way they cover each topic with very live examples
is excellent and it helps us do a lot of work in a professional
environment .The depth of knowledge I got during this course
has made me fully confident about developing Flex Applications.
I thank Wavelength
that it has given me an opportunity to participate in the Flex
course. My good wishes are always with Wavelength and I expect
that in future they will launch more good trainings so that
we can get more and more benefit from the courses and rise in
life."

- What Wavelength's ActionScript
Courses/Workshops students have to say:
“When I typed in ActionScript training in Google for the
first time, the very first link that appeared was Wavelength’s.
I used Google because I am a C++ developer and don’t have
any contact with people working in ActionScript domain. Searching
for the right course itself was a challenge for me as I wanted
to invest my hard earned money in a good training institute,
I use the word “good” because my experience with
other institutes was below average and not as per my expectations.
Since Google is not partial to anyone
in specific so I also found other Action Script training institutes.
I made inquires with all of them and finally rated Wavelength
top among them. This was because Wavelength responded to all
my queries very transparently without telling me ‘Why
they are the Best?’
I was properly counselled at Wavelength.
I realized that not everyone can take a Wavelength course; only
those who satisfy the prerequisites for the course can do so.
That day I realized that the strong foundation of Wavelength
was firmly built on the two basic pillars, Quality and Discipline,
where I never saw any compromise.
The course has predefined set of
methodologies and rules. The marking system is very transparent
and effective. Each and every task has a predefined benchmark.
The complete training is meant for achieving milestones. All
the course activities carry marks along with it, so each competitor
tries his best. The marks obtained are transparent & open
for all. Feedback for each assignment is provided properly,
so that one understands the reason for the marks given.
Finally, I would say Wavelength was
the first and last institute where I have seen CMM level Quality
and IIT type Training and Discipline. Finally I will use the
word ‘Excellent’ for Wavelength’s trainings
and congratulate all those students, who have gained recognition
as programmers after completing their course from Wavelength.”
Parminder Singh –
working as Sr. Software Engineer with MTree
Software , Noida.
“This is the only professional course in the industry for
ActionScript. It covers all the important aspects of ActionScript
programming .The main thing which I got from Wavelength is their
experience. They gave a new direction to my life. I am really
thankful to Wavelength. I got these things from the course:
Professionalism + Experience + Positive Thinking + Good Job”
Nitin Jain – working
as Analyst (ActionScript) with Accenture,
Gurgaon.
“A one-of-its-kind
training program that is very well structured for both newbies
& experienced alike. Wavelength not only makes sure that
you learn how to write code, but how to write it efficiently
too. The best part of the course is, small exercises given weekly
which ultimately help you in building a WBT at the end of the
course. I myself have developed strong potential for ActionScript
programming & am currently very well placed with Magic.
A sure shot way to get into e-learning industry.”
Rahul Grover –
working as Lead Programmer, (ActionScript & Flex) with HCL
Technologies, Noida
