Brief:

In the past one year, the Indian eLearning scenario has changed considerably. India is fast becoming a preferred outsourcing destination for the western world. Indian corporates and educational institutions are also beginning to appreciate the usefulness of online learning. A large number of companies have realized the potential of eLearning and have set up operations in this area. Along with this change, we have also witnessed a terrific growth in the recruitment of instructional designers, content developers, technical writers, and eLearning management positions. Thus, we see instructional design and content development becoming a strong career option in the coming years.
