Participants' Speak:
“Attending the IDO workshop came as a brilliant opportunity
to me. The workshop exposed me to the Indian instructional design
scenario, the role of an instructional designer, and the pre-requisites
for instructional design.
The workshop was an interactive session that progressed systematically
and helped explore the career growth options in the e-learning industry.
Discussion about some prominent learning aspects of instructional
design, like the ARCS model of motivation and Bloom’s Taxonomy added
great value to the session. Not only this, but the workshop provided
satisfactory answers to individual queries raised by the participants.
The participants freely communicated about their work and were encouraged
to share their aspirations.
All in all, it was a comprehensive workshop that created awareness
in the participants about instructional design and content writing.
Prior to attending this, I never realized how lucrative and fulfilling
a career in instructional design can be!”
