Welcome to this edition of Wavelength.
Summer is here now and last night’s drizzle has made
it official. What are your plans for the summer?
Let me think. You want to lie low, do your daily official chores,
go back home, and chill out! Right? But think again. Is it really
the time to chill out? I think that we should use the hot summers
and the shivering cold winters to work and build our competencies
so that we have our springs and monsoons free.
So have you enrolled for an online course to build certain
competencies, yet? If you have, or if you are planning to, you should
read the Wavelength article, “6
Steps to Effective Online Learning - How Should Adult Online Learners
Structure their Learning?”
If you are someone who dreams of becoming a trainer, I have
another suggestion for you. Explore Wavelength’s new Train-the-Trainer
(TTT) course. Use these hot, good-for-nothing-else summers to transform
yourself.
