From the Editor's Desk - June 2010

It rained yesterday. In the end, among the three juggernauts, the
CNN, the BBC, and the Indian Meteorological Department, it was the
BBC’s weather forecast that proved right. Now you know which
newscast to follow. But that aside, the point is – why was
I so keenly following the weather news? The June heat and the expectation
of rains made me follow it. It was my immediate need. What’s
yours?
If your immediate learning need has got something to do with
content reviews of the instructional design kind, you may find Wavelength’s
Mystery of the Month article, “Effective Instructional Design
Reviews” at http://www.vibrantwavelength.com/articles/effective-instructional-design-reviews.htm
useful.
As the Mercury drops and the layer of perspiration disappears;
underneath we find our desire to do better, hone our skills, and
grow. If your desire to learn is beginning to surface, you’ll
