Welcome to this edition of Wavelength.
Winters are setting in. Yet again this year, squirrels have
begun their annual routine of stashing away the goodies for a happy
and comfortable winter. Most of the living creatures that inhabit
this planet plan for their future. Some of us plan logically while
others plan intuitively. Some have this planning instinct transferred
to them through genes, while others develop it through trial and
error! But the fact remains…we plan. Then we figure out whether
we have to right competencies to meet our plan; and we plan again
to determine how we can develop the right competencies.
We, who are in the business of developing the skills of others,
too need to hone our competencies with a view to secure our tomorrow.
For the knowledge-hungry souls among us, Wavelength brings three
new courses this month. Two of these courses have been created for
the trainers, and one for the programmers.
The two courses that we have created to enchant our Trainer
audience are:
- The Instructional Design for Trainers Online Certificate
(IDT Online) Course
- The Elearning for Trainers Online Certificate (ELT Online)
Course
Here’s a quick overview of these two courses:
The Instructional Design for Trainers Online (IDT
Online) Certificate Course:
Audience: Trainers (with at
least six months of experience) who wish to learn instructional
design and enhance their training design, development, and implementation
capabilities.

2009

The ELearning for Trainers Online (ELT
Online) Certificate Course:
Audience: Trainers (with at
least six months of experience) who are comfortable with instructional
design but would like to learn eLearning content development to
extend their training programs.
Duration: 2 months.
Next Session Begins: January 01,
2009
Please read the details of this course at:
http://www.vibrantwavelength.com/elt_online.htm.
Please send your queries to us at eltonline[at]vibrantwavelength[dot]com
or call us at 9810324284 / 0120-4315505
These two courses have been designed and develop with the Trainer’s
existing competencies and learning needs in mind. They talk to you
trainer-to-trainer and connect instructional design or eLearning,
as the case may be, with your work. And what’s more is that
they build upon our learning from our previous online courses that
you’ve loved and admired so much; and thus, they shift the
bar of Wavelength’s quality higher than ever before.
The Flex 3.0 Application Developer Certificate (FADC)
Course:
And now about the Flex Application
Developer Certificate (FADC) Course:
The FADC Course is a two-month contact program (held at Wavelength
Noida) that helps you become a thorough professional in programming

those who can program well (using ActionScript / / C# / C++ /
JavaScript / VBScript / Java.) If you are someone who is interested
in becoming a star Flex Application Developer, please go through
the details of this course and contact us at 9810324284 / 0120-4315505.

This course shall begin its session on January 11, 2009.
(For the Flex Application Developer Certificate (FADC) Course
preference shall be given to candidates who possess Wavelength’s
ASDC Certificate.)
Wow! That’s quite a lot…isn’t it? It should be
because we’ve been working on these projects for almost the
entire year…and we are feeling really proud of having something
of such instructional beauty to offer. We hope that the trainers
who motivated us to create these programs would be motivated to
recommend these to those they care for.
The next sessions of IDCWC Online
and IDSP Online shall begin on January
01, 2009. If you wish to apply for any of the online courses, I
would like to request that you send your applications early on.
About the next sessions of the IDCWC Contact Program and the
ASDC Contact program; both are scheduled to start on October 26,
2008. If you are interested in enrolling for either course, please
