Brief:
Those who work in the area of web and eLearning often find themselves
at a loss when they create graphics for print. The colors don’t
print right, the images turn out hazy when printed, the fonts bleed,
the content looks sparse or at times crowded on paper, the paper’s
gloss kills the beauty of the image…and so on! We find ourselves
trying to get things right, without knowing the right thing to do.
This workshop provides you a window into the world of printing.
It introduces you to the different types of printing methods and
helps you identify the different factors that influence the printing
method selection. This workshop also gives you a quick overview
of the different software applications, the pre-design settings
and the pre-press procedures for printing.
