Objective of the Workshop:
At the end of the training the participants will be able to design
instructionally effective trainings.
Brief:
Training is finally getting its due. The growth in IT/ITES, Banking,
and Insurance sectors has resulted in the need to continually upgrade
the organizational skill-set, and also keep the current skills sharpened
through various developmental training programs. All this training
need has to be satisfied effectively and efficiently, and for achieving
this – the trainers have to design instructionally effective
training programs. A well-designed training can save an organization
a lot of inefficiency and errors, and hence avoidable costs; which
may result from ineffectively designed training programs.
This 2-Day workshop enables trainers to learn and apply instructional
design principles to design effective trainings. This compact, high-energy
workshop aims at equipping the trainers and the content developers
working in the training industry, with skills to make their trainings
interesting, indispensable, and effective.
