Objective of the Workshop:
At the end of the training the participants will be able to design instructionally effective eLearning content.

Brief:
The Indian eLearning arena today is teeming with projects, where the skill to design effective eLearning content is of paramount importance. However, the design skill usually takes a backseat with development expertise being the immediately apparent need. This leads eLearning organizations into a situation where they have developers who have good command over language and who can write storyboards/script frames, but who find it difficult to design instructionally effective learning material. They experience difficulty in determining the examples, activities, exercises, and assignments that they should populate their scripts with.

This workshop is for such content developers who wish to learn the use of an instructional design framework that will enable them to design effective eLearning content. This workshop assumes some familiarity with the eLearning development process.

Pre-requisites:
1. Six Months experience in eLearning content development with:

  • either an eLearning organization.
  • or with the training department of other organizations.

2. Good command over English.
